How do I update my account information?

You can update your account information by clicking on your profile in the top right corner.

You will be asked to enter your billing information when buying your first campaign. This information can then be edited anytime in the profile under the billing tab.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot Password” link on the login page.

You can also edit your password in the profile when you are logged in.

How can I pay for my campaign?

Review and Payment is the final step of the campaign booking flow. On the Checkout page you can review your order amount, enter your credit card details an click “Pay” to complete your order.

You can add multiple Campaigns to your Cart and pay for them via a single Order. You will be charged for all Campaigns in your order upon completing the checkout process.

How can I update my payment information?

You can update your payment information in the checkout page or the Billing details in your Profile.

How do I redeem a promo code?

If you have a promo code you can redeem it on the final Checkout page when paying for your order.

  1. Expand the PROMO CODE filed in the right panel

  2. Enter or paste your promo code

  3. Hit “Apply”

The promo code will be applied to your order total, before taxes. Pay for the balance of your order total securely with any major credit card.

What happens if my campaign does not deliver in full?

If your Campaign delivers an impression amount lower than what you booked, the platform will automatically refund the value of the non-delivered amount to your credit card after the Campaign ends.

Refunds can only be issued to the same card used to pay for the Order. The validity period of the credit card used to purchase the Order should cover the whole delivery period for all Campaigns that were part of the Order.

What do the different payment statuses mean?

Payment statuses are listed in the orders section. They include the following statuses: 

  • Settled: Payment is confirmed and the budget has been captured from the credit card

  • Sent for refund: Refers to when a refund is issued due to undelivered impressions in the campaign. It usually takes 2-5 business days to complete the refund

  • Completed: All campaigns booked are completed. Any potential under-delivered impressions have been calculated, and a potential refund is issued

  • Invalid credit card: There is an issue with your credit card. For more information please contact RSM Ad Manager support. A contact form is available through the Support button in the dropdown menu in the top right corner
